The open plan accommodation is well laid out and has everything you need for your stay. A grass path from the driveway leads to the entrance, so be sure to bring wellies in case it rains! The open plan layout includes a kitchenette with clever layout to save space, a sleeping area with double bed and a living area as well as a compact shower room. The studio is within the grounds of the owners’ property which has driveway parking with electric gated access. Bicycle storage is available on request.
A popular area amongst hikers and cyclists alike, trails are accessible from your doorstep. Mountain Lane takes you to Blaen Bran Forest and from here there are links to trails and country parks. The location is convenient for a quiet country retreat, as well as a base to explore further. A short drive will get you to some of the lovely towns and villages of South Wales. Head to Caerleon for some Roman history, the picturesque town on the river Usk, for some fishing (or fish and chips!), and Abergavenny market town for hustle and bustle.
