It sits near to the Blaenavon World Heritage site and offers walks straight from your door, through fields, woodlands and up to the mountains themselves. The discerning towns of Crickhowell and Abergavenny are both within seven miles and offer a range of independent shops, restaurants, galleries and cafes. There is a plethora of museums and castles within a short drive, to keep the avid history enthusiast well and truly entertained. The Brecon Beacons will entice the keen walkers. Entering into the detached lodge into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The double height ceiling just adds to the spacious nature of this wonderful room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. The lounge has a very comfortable sofa, two cosy armchairs and Sky TV with DVD. The dining area is adjacent and lies next to French doors. From the lounge area there is a fantastic range of facilities for your own private use. There is a cosy snug with seating, a small library and a selection of leaflets to enable you to plan exciting days out during your holiday. From the hallway is the super sauna, where you can relax in the warmth any time of the year. There is also a private gym with enough equipment to keep any fitness fanatic well worked. These also lead to the bathroom, this sumptuous room has a spa bath, for those looking for a romantic break, with underwater lights and jets, there is a separate shower and WC. Up the stairs there is a super king size bedroom with mountain views and a large gallery with games table with table tennis and snooker table and armchairs, where you can kick your shoes off and relax with a good book. Outside there are large shared grounds, private patio with furniture and gas BBQ. These lead to fields, woodland and mountains that you are able to explore. There is private off road parking for two cars.
