There is a garden room with a woodburner attached. Outside there is off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking available and a patio with furniture. Sied yr Ardd is an ideal base for couples looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and discover the splendour of South Wales.

National Showcaves Centre for Wales and Gwyn Hall are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Neath Golf Club and Celtic Trail. Sbri Cymru Ltd and Zip World Tower are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, cycling, and rock climbing nearby.
