A great family property in the grounds of Eldin Hall, close to the beach at Cayton Bay.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Laundry facilities (shared).. Enclosed decked area with garden furniture to front. Lawned garden with garden furniture (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Eldin Hall Cottages are set in a peaceful area and have been added more recently to the restored old Victorian waterworks. The four cottages have their own enclosed decked patios with garden furniture, and The Gatehouse has its own enclosed private lawned garden. There is also a shared garden with a fantastic play area for the children. The owners, who live on-site in the main house, will be on hand to provide information and assistance.
Situated between Cayton and Cayton Bay, the cottages are an ideal base to visit the east coast, North York Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds. The beach at Cayton Bay is less than a mile away (2 miles by road) and just a little further up the coast is the popular seaside town of Scarborough. The resorts of Filey, Flamborough Head and Bridlington are just a short drive away. The walks along the clifftops are spectacular and form part of the Cleveland Way walk. The RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs attracts visitors from worldwide and is just a short drive from the cottages. Here you can see puffins, kittiwakes and lots of other migrating seabirds. Not to be missed during your stay (as it’s always voted as one of the top ten cities to visit) is the wonderful city of York which is less than an hour away by car, or the train is direct from Scarborough. Beach 1 mile (2 miles by road). Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
The Gatehouse (ref UK2482), Cottage One (ref UK2483), Cottage Two (ref UK2484), Cottage Three (ref W4347) and Cottage Four (ref W4348) can be booked together to accommodate up to 21 guests.
