This attractive, newly refurbished cottage is tucked away in a small square just off 'The Cragg', very close to the beach, harbour, shops and all other amenities. It is full of character with beamed ceilings, original wooden floors and a proper working open fireplace. The cottage is local to the working man's club.
Accommodation: entrance, small hallway. Cosy lounge with open log fire, oak floors and modern, open plan kitchen. Fairly steep cottage stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and a bedroom with children's bunk beds. Also a bathroom with whirlpool bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. On the second floor is a bedroom under the eves with a double bed, wall-mounted TV with freesat and chest of drawers.
Services: refrigerator with wine cooler, gas hob, electric oven with grill, microwave, wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player. Playstation 2 with selection of games. Music system. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot and high chair are available. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Private yard with sitting out area with table and chairs in front of the cottage, BBQ.
Please note: because of the children's bunk room, this cottage is only suitable for 4 adults + 2 children.
