Standing close to the centre of the old village of Rosedale Abbey, deep in the North York Moors National Park this quaint old cottage has been renovated and restored.

Very comfortably furnished the cottage retains a great deal of its original charm and character with beamed ceilings and feature stone walls. There is also a charming garden and conservatory from which there are some superb views of the surrounding fells.

Rosedale itself is an excellent base for the walker with a multitude of walks from the village, whilst for the tourist there are plenty of local places of interest to visit with easy access to the East Coast.

Ground floor - lounge, dining room, kitchen, conservatory and bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 double leading through to a twin, and 1 twin.

Open fire in lounge. Electric fires, warm air central heating - all electricity is included in the rent. Cot, colour T.V., microwave, automatic washing machine. Large garden on 2 sides of the cottage. Parking for 1 car, public car park - 50 yards. Sorry no pets.

Shop - 50 yards. Pub - 20 yards.
