On the ground floor is a good sized lounge with new fitted kitchen recess and dining area. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. All the rooms except one bedroom have harbour views.

Street parking a few minutes' walk away from the cottage or in the Abbey Car park about 5 minutes' walk away. Pets by arrangement - one small dog may be allowed but no cats.
