There are delightful walks to be enjoyed across Northam Burrows Nature Reserve and nearby is access to the National Trust Coastal path, which extends as far as Cornwall. The indoor swimming pool at Northam, historic fishing village of Appledore, Atlantic Village Outlet shopping and the historic port of Bideford are just a short drive away. The famous Royal North Devon golf course and indoor bowling club are within a reasonable walk, with horse riding available locally.
Accommodation is appointed and furnished with a stylish contemporary theme, and equipped to a high standard, including gas central heating and double glazing throughout.
