Set in 9 acres of undulating lawned grounds of a former country club.
The bungalow has been modernised to a very good standard with double glazing and elec panel heating throughout. Three bedrooms - two doubles and a full size bunk bedded room. Excellent fully tiled shower room with elec shower, handbasin and wc off. Open plan kitchen/diner with wood effect laminate flooring, elec cooker and hob, microwave and washing machine. Spacious living room with arched alcove, TV, video, DVD and radio. Decked patio area, via 3 approach steps, with garden furniture. Grassed areas to the side for sitting out. Outside lighting. Allocated parking for one car closeby - further parking available.
