Peaceful and attractive location within short walk of traditional farmyard with pigs, dogs, hens, cats, duckpond etc and 120 acres of surrounding farmland with crops and grazing livestock. Friendly owner welcomes guests and children to observe milking and help with harvesting, calves etc. Village pub just a mile distant, with golf, swimming, Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal and access to the Tarka Trail at the historic Cavalier town of Torrington within a ten minute drive.  There is a choice of sandy beaches, rocky coves and spectacular clifftop walks along the nearby Bideford Bay coastline all within 20 minutes scenic drive.  An economical base from which to explore the coast and countryside in this area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Owner resides in adjoining smaller wing.

Accommodation is furnished to quite modest yet comfortable standard throughout. Three bedrooms - two doubles, and twin bedded (one 2'6"). Shower room/wc with heated towel rail. Comfortable living room with beamed ceiling, exposed stonework and feature stone fireplace with coal effect elec fire, night storage heater, TV, DVD, video and wall lights. Archway to kitchen/breakfast room with elec cooker,  microwave and washing machine. Open tread rustic staircase to first floor. Small entrance hall with useful storage for coats and boots etc. Lawned garden with garden furniture provided. Unrestricted off road parking.
