Just outside Whitby surrounded by 8 acres of open fields lies Broomfields Farm a Georgian farmhouse. In its extensive grounds are a group of converted farm buildings which have been turned into some lovely cottages. Horseshoe Cottage is one of these. It is furnished and decorated to a high standard and there are many additional facilities which makes this an ideal place for children.
Accommodation:
Entrance, Spacious lounge with open plan dining facilities and modern, well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with children's bunk beds. Also a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. There is a connecting door to the next cottage which makes it possible for a group up to 10 people to stay.
Services:
Refrigerator, electric cooker with oven, washer/dryer, microwave, Colour TV with video, radio/CD player. Oil central heating - no extra charge for heating or electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are welcome. Shared games room with (cash)pool table, Colour TV and video, extensive video library. WiFi connection. Patio area and garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Children's outside play area. Use of the extensive fields around the farm. Ample parking space in the grounds. A cot and high chair are available. Baby sitting can be arranged.
