Overlooking the North Cliff golf course, this detached family size house is ideally placed for a variety of north side amenities including the Sea Life centre, North Bay and beach. The house has been refurbished to a high standard within the last few years.

Entrance at the side. Hallway. Lounge with modern, ""pebble"" gas fireplace. Separate dining room. All downstairs rooms have parquet style flooring. Downstairs toilet. Well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobes, one with twin beds and one with a single bed. Bathroom with bath, hand shower set, toilet and washbasin. Separate shower cubicle. There is a high quality Z-bed available for an extra person.

Refrigerator and separate freezer, gas hob with extractor fan and built-in electric double oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Colour TV with video and DVD player, freeview with over 40 channels, radio/CD player.WiFi internet connection. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available. Non-smokers only. Up to two small dogs are welcome. Parking in the drive. Lawned front garden and enclosed primarily paved back garden with borders and a garden room with garden furniture.
