This Grade II listed town house is situated in the 'old' town close to Scarborough Castle with easy access to both the North and South Bay. It has recently been completely refurbished and is a homely base from which to explore the town, the beaches and all of Scarborough's attractions.
Accommodation:
Entrance. Cosy lounge with coal-effect gas fire and original beamed ceiling. Storage cupboards with original pine doors. From the lounge you step into a dining room. An archway leads into a modern well-equipped kitchen. A back door takes you into a sheltered, walled two-level patio with planted areas. Steps give access to a private parking place at the rear of the property. Rather steep stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bedroom with twin beds, a smaller bedroom with full-size bunk beds and a lovely bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. The entire second floor is taken up by a bedroom with a king size bed. Ample storage space.

Refrigerator and freezer, ceramic cooker with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. 32" Flat screen TV with freeview /DVD player in the lounge, TVs, Videos and DVD players in all three bedrooms plus freeview in the top floor bedroom,. radio/CD player, iPod docking station, hair dryer. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request. A stairgate is available. Private car parking space for two cars. Large patio/paved garden at the back of the house. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets.
