Steps take you up to the front door and an entrance porch leads into a spacious lounge which has wood flooring. The lounge has a feature fireplace with electric coal-effect fire. An arch leads through to the charming dining room with an electric coal stove set in an open brick fireplace. The dining room has a door to the yard. Stairs lead down to the bright, stylish and well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room. The first floor comprises a large bedroom with king-size bed and a super view of the Abbey framed by the double sash window, a twin bedded room and a shower room with a corner shower, toilet and washbasin. Fairly steep cottage stairs lead to a lovely spacious, light and airy double bedroom with wonderful views and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. NOW WITH PARKING PERMIT.

Refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob with double electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with freeview, video/DVD, music centre. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. The rear of the property has a shallow step with level access through a gated entrance to a small, pretty, enclosed yard with garden furniture and drying facilities. Access to the house for loading/unloading.  One parking permit for the West Cliff car park is provided also free street parking minutes away.
