Superb 17th century property with three bedrooms, beautifully furnished and perfect for a seaside holiday, with the beach and harbour a few yards away.

Ground Floor
This lovely and very spacious apartment is approached via a flagged courtyard with a small vestibule.

Stairs lead to the kitchen, which has a gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a dining area with a table and chairs to comfortably seat six - enjoy meals together and pre-dinner drinks whilst keeping the cook company!

The kitchen leads to an inner hallway which in turn leads to a wonderful, large, beamed sitting room with the original wooden floors, rugs and lovely antique furniture - the windows overlook Church Street and you can catch a glimpse of the famous bridge, harbour and sea!

There is comfortable seating, a large screen TV and DVD player and an original decorative fireplace - it's both luxe and cosy at the same time!

To the upper floor is the fabulous large master bedroom, again overlooking Church Street, with large sash windows giving the room incredible light; it has the original fireplace (for display purposes only), a comfortable, king size bed with a luxurious faux fur throw and a built-in closet. The master bedroom has a smart en-suite shower room with double-size shower, WC and hand wash basin.

There are two smart twin bedrooms with full size 3' beds – one in shades of greys and white and the other in accents of duck egg blue, with a hint of a coastal theme.

A stylish house shower room has a corner shower, WC and hand wash basin.
