Hill Top is a semi-detached cottage is situated in the village of Stonegrave, in North Yorkshire. The property hosts three bedrooms; one twin bedroom and two queen-sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite. Also inside the property is a kitchen/diner/snug area and a sitting room, both with woodburning stoves. Also included is a rear enclosed patio with an outdoor seating area. Hill Top cottage is the perfect getaway ideal for families or friends wishing to experience quintessential Yorkshire and its remarkable landscape and destinations.

Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor and two woodburning stoves. Electric oven and ceramic hobs, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, TVs and WiFi (can be temperamental). Fuel and power is included in the rent. Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear private enclosed patio with outdoor seating area. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Pub 2 miles, shop 2.0 miles

Town: The pretty North Yorkshire village of Hovingham sits amidst the beautiful countryside of the Howardian Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is a real gem, with a beck running down the high street, two excellent inns, a traditional village shop, a tea room and a bakery. There are excellent walking and cycling opportunities from the village itself, as well as easy access to the beautiful National Park. The stately home and gardens of Castle Howard are just 4 miles away, and the market towns of Malton and Helmsley are 8 miles away. Historic York and the attractions of the East Coast are further afield but well worth the trip!

This cottage is located in York. Ampleforth College Golf Club and Cleveland Way are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Howardian Hills and North York Moors National Park. Yorkshire Lavender and The Dutch House are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like hiking/biking trails.
