Nearby you can visit RHS Rosemoor Gardens and the historic Cavalier market town of Great Torrington, home to Dartington Crystal. The coastline is only a short drive away, where you choose between the wide sandy beaches of Westward Ho! and Saunton Sands, the spectacular cliffs above Bideford Bay, Hartland Quay, the many tiny coves or the cobbled, harbourside village of Clovelly. Enter this former barn into the welcoming open plan kitchen/diner where you can cook, eat, chat and relax. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is chest freezer in the cupboard under the stairs. Walking on into the separate lounge with Smart TV/DVD and comfy corner sofa, it is an ideal room to relax after a day s exploring and partake in one of the many board games, books and puzzles provided. Heading up the stairs to the first floor landing, you will find a king size bedroom, double bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC which completes the accommodation. Heading outside via the first floor landing the staircase leads down directly onto the village playground ideal for families with children. There is a small private area with seating where you can sit and relax whilst the children enjoy the playground. There is allocated parking for one car outside the property and there is also additional roadside parking subject to availability.
