The semi-detached property has been decorated and furnished to a good standard. There is an enclosed garden and a conservatory downstairs, perfect for a quiet moment. There is so much to do in the English Riviera including the beach which is less than 1 mile from the property. Visit the shops in Torquay, or take a trip to Shaldon and Teignmouth; both have wonderful beaches and some amazing walks. Visit the small zoo in Shaldon or go crabbing off the side of the beach. Nearer to home there are the model village, museum and Babbacombe Theatre, and there are many National Trust properties. Cycling, walking, bird watching and sailing are all available close by. Dartmoor, with its famous ponies, dramatic landscapes, abundance of wildlife and the South Devon coast offer superb days out. Historic Dartmouth, and Salcombe with its beaches and sailing, are also easily accessible. There is so much on offer in Devon, and for Agatha Christie fans, there are many places to visit, including The Grand Hotel where a few of her novels were written; Greenway, her family home; and Tor Abbey Sands, which are all worth visiting. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
