A large three bedroom town house set over three floors with amazing views over Brixham Breakwater and across the bay from all rooms. The property makes for a perfect retreat being comfortably furnished with everything you could need whilst on holiday. The three large balconies from the living area and bedrooms provide ample space to sit and soak up the views. It has a close proximity to the Blue Flag Breakwater Beach, Shoalstone open air sea water pool and Berry Head Country Park and Nature Reserve. The marina and town centre are also close by giving you easy access to all the town's amenities and attractions. There is a communal garden to the rear of the house and the property also benefits from a parking space and outside storage for surf boards, sailing or fishing equipment etc.
