Situated close to the centre of this delightful Exmoor village with village shop, post office and character Inn serving good food just a minute walk. The picturesque twin coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth with harbour, riverside walks and famous funicular railway are just a 10 minute drive and the town centre amenities of Barnstaple or Victorian coastal resort of Ilfracombe with a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants are both within 20 minutes drive.
Ideal location for those wishing to explore the splendours of the Exmoor countryside by foot, car or horseback (riding stables closeby) whilst the magnificent sandy surfing beach at Woolacombe is less than 15 miles scenic drive.
Accommodation is the owner's own home outside of the holiday season and is therefore very comfortably furnished and well equipped with tasteful character furnishings and electric heating. Four attractive bedrooms - double with iron bedstead and fitted wardrobe, twin and two single bedded. Shower room/wc and separate cloakroom/wc on ground floor.
Good sized very comfortable living room with rugs on wooden flooring, multi fuel burner in inglenook fireplace, TV, DVD and CD. Separate dining room with feature Victorian fireplace and hatch to kitchen. High quality fully fitted compact kitchen with electric Aga and oven and combination microwave. Utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Rear sunroom/porch with tumble dryer and also ideal for storage and pet beds. Stone patio with garden furniture and steps up to large private fully enclosed delightful lawned garden. Private parking space for one car and further parking in village car park less than 200yds away.
