Situated in a quiet private road but within five minutes downhill walk (via adjacent footpath) of all the amenities of Woolacombe, including pubs, shops, restaurants and entertainment as well as three miles of magnificent 'blue flag' surfing sands below.

Accommodation is comfortably furnished with gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Three bedrooms - very spacious triple aspect king-size double bedded room with en-suite bathroom/wc with mains shower over bath, lovely sea views, TV, video, fitted wardrobe, bay window with seating and glazed door to verandah. Single bedded room with  handbasin. Further dual aspect king-size double + single bed. Attractive bathroom/wc with mains shower over bath and handbasin. Separate wc. Spacious L-shaped dual aspect living/dining room with delightful sea views, living-flame gas fire, TV,  DVD, piano (for fun only but please treat kindly) and glazed door leading to verandah. Part fitted older style kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and small table and chairs for six. Small ante room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The sheltered verandah with garden furniture has superb sea views. Large split level fully enclosed garden (may not suit unsupervised toddlers) with lawned areas, flower borders, shrubs and mature trees. Unrestricted roadside parking adjacent.
