This spacious Georgian house is laid out over four floors and is very comfortably furnished and well equipped  with oil fired central heating for warmth in the cooler seasons.  The property was constructed in 1721 and is one of the few older properties that survived the great flood of 1952. It  has many original features including some beams, ornate fireplaces and large sash windows and is furnished and decorated in an informal country style with some distressed furniture and painted wooden floorboards.  Three bedrooms all with wonderful sea views - Most attractive double four poster with ensuite shower room/wc. and further double with ensuite shower room/wc both on second floor.  Twin bedded room with sloping ceilings and vanity unit and bathroom/wc with shower attachment (restricted height due to sloping ceiling) both on third floor. Small rear yard ideal for storage of surfboards and drying. Unrestricted roadside parking available just 40 paces from the property gate out of season and overnight parking (4pm-12noon) available all year with permit provided for one car in car park less than 100 yds away.
