Heyden Cottage is a wonderful moorland cottage at the end of its own private uneven drive, close to Minehead and the pretty village of Dunster. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms, a double with en suite bathroom, a twin and a single room. There’s a huge heart-of-the-house kitchen with a dining area and a wood burning stove, and a cosy sitting room with an open fire. Outside is a suntrap courtyard with table and chairs and beyond the woodland and orchard to discover. Close to some of North Somerset's most popular towns and villages, Heyden Cottage is a tranquil base from which to explore the area.

Amenities: Central heating, open fire with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request Off road parking for five cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Town: Dunster is a popular tourist village near the North Somerset coast and is a largely unspoiled spot: the centre of the town retains many old buildings which hug the winding cobbled streets.

Located in Minehead, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Dovery Manor Museum and Dunster Dolls Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at South West Coast Path Section 1 Trailhead and Porlock Weir Harbour. Blenheim Gardens and Exmoor Owl & Hawk Centre are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding, ecotours, and hiking nearby.
