This spacious house has been completely renovated and refurbished to a high standard. It is situated in the rural village of Stainsacre just two miles from Whitby. It has an elevated decked area at the back with glorious views over to the Esk valley and surrounding countryside all the way to Whitby Abbey and the coastal shipping lanes.

Front garden and drive. Entrance, hallway. Spacious through lounge and dining room with French doors opening up to a decked area and garden. Good-sized, well-equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a single bed. A family bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has twin beds and built-in wardrobes. All bedrooms have dressingtables with stools, long and short mirrors. In the double and twin bedrooms there is also a portable flat screen TV with freeview.The house has laminate flooring throughout; the stairs are carpeted. As there is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, the property might be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Refrigerator, separate freezer, ceramic hob and separate grill and oven, microwave, washing machine, separate dryer and dishwasher. All appliances are built-in. Colour TV with DVD, radio/CD player. Oil central heating - no extra charges for fuel or electricity. Bed linen is provided. A cot and high chair are provided. Car parking space for two cars in the drive. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. A few steps lead down from the decked area into the enclosed garden. The old coastal railway line is at the foot of the garden so you can walk and cycle to Whitby or Robin Hood's Bay. Bicycles can be locked away. Hire depot close by. Good walks around. A short walk through the village takes you to the local country pub.
