This listed stone cottage was built around 1660 and is situated in the old part of the village of Cayton close to Cayton Bay and Filey, famous for its sandy beach. Shops and two pubs are not far away.

Small sun-trap yard. Entrance around the back with private parking for one car. Fully fitted kitchen. Lounge with dining area and open fire. Beamed ceiling and feature stone wall. An open staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. There is also a flat screen television in this bedroom. Steep winding stairs lead to the second floor which has a bright bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space. From here you have views over the Wolds.

Refrigerator, freezer, electric hob and separate grill and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in utility room. Colour TV with Freeview, video/DVD player, radio/CD player. Immersion heater for hot water - no extra charges for heating or electricity. Open fire in the lounge which heats the radiators. Coal is provided. Bed linen and towels are provided. Enclosed sun-trap patio area with garden furniture. Non-smokers preferred. Sorry, no children under 3 years of age. One small well-behaved dog is welcome but not allowed upstairs. Off street parking for one car at the back of the property.
