This pleasant brick built detached house is situated in the top part of the village in a quiet cul-de-sac.  It has recently been improved and refurbished and provides off road parking. It is not far from the little roundabout from which you start your descent down the hill into the old village.

Entrance. Hallway. Lounge with parquet flooring and living flame gas fire. Next to the lounge is a kitchen/diner and a separate utility area. From the kitchen you step into a sunny, enclosed garden. Stairs lead to the first floor. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one small bedroom with a single bed , more suitable for a child. Ample storage. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.

Fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with electric oven and extractor fan, microwave and  washing machine. Colour TV and freeview and DVD, radio/CD player. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. A cot and high chair are provided. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Off road parking for two cars. At the back of the house is a garden with patio and garden furniture.
