This stone and pantile farm building and a barn have been converted into four cottages. Bartletts Barn is one of these. They are situated in the grounds of Gowland Farm in the valley of Harwood Dale, only four miles from the seaside town of Scarborough. The cottages have every modern comfort, leaving old features such as oak beams and deep-set cottage windows and are surrounded by a large garden you are welcome to relax in and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of Harwood Dale.
Accommodation:
This cottage comprises the middle part of the farm building. Entrance, hallway. Shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with twin beds, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. One step leads into the lounge which has a high beamed ceiling, electric fire, dining area and window seat. Fitted open plan kitchen. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Ample storage.

Refrigerator, gas hob with electric oven and extractor hood, microwave. Colour TV with digi box and DVD, radio/CD player. Gas cenrtral heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available. Each cottage has a sitting out area with garden furniture. Use of the surrounding gardens. At the back of the cottage is a communal area with BBQ. Non-smokers only! Pets by arrangement with the owner. Games room with table tennis and pool table. Ample car parking space in the grounds.
