A few steps lead down into an enclosed grassy garden. Also on the ground floor is a utility room.On the first floor are three bedrooms, a bedroom with twin beds which can be linked together, built-in wardrobe, a bedroom with a double bed, dressing table and chest of drawers and a bedroom with a single bed, small chest of drawers and hanging space. Also a bathroom with bath, a separate shower, toilet and washbasin.

Refrigerator and separate freezer in the utility area next to the kitchen, gas cooker with oven, microwave, washing machine. Colour TV with video and DVD, music centre. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. Newly laid large patio at the back of the house with garden furniture and enclosed grassy garden. No children under the age of eight, non-smokers only sorry no pets. Off road car parking for one small car in the drive.
