Eric House is a delightful, detached holiday home resting in Muston near Filey, North Yorkshire and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining seating for five. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link), a double with an en-suite and a single bedroom. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with furniture and off-road parking. Town: Filey is a classic British seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, ideal for walkers and wildlife watchers all year round. A real Yorkshire gem. With Filey Brigg and its shallow rockpools to the north, Filey is a resort town on the North East coast. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and offers year-round birding and seawatching. 250,000 seabirds spend the summer on the 400 ft Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) south of Filey Bay. Nesting birds include gannets, kittiwakes, and razorbills. Gannets dive for fish in Filey Bay.

Scarborough Spa and Dean Road & Manor Road Cemetery are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and West Avenue Pitch and Putt. South Cliff Italian Gardens and Scarborough Maritime Heritage Centre are also worth visiting.
