Number 53 is a 2 bedroom terrace house perfectly located for Scarborough's many amenities.
It's very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, rail and bus links.
There is no need for a car but if you do travel by car and need parking we can supply free parking passes for on street parking. These are valid directly out side the house and about half a dozen or so adjacent streets .
The lounge has a comfy sofa with flat screen TV, FREE WIFI. There is also a dining area for 5 people.
The newly installed kitchen is well equipped with all the usual facilities. It has a dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge etc. There is a covered outdoor area housing the washing machine and a freezer. Also a small table and chairs. This leads to a small back yard.
Upstairs is a double bedroom and a double bed and EMMA mattress with bamboo, antiallergy, antibacterial mattress protector. Top quality pillows are provided for your comfort. It has a mirrored wardrobe and ample storage facilities. Also there is ANOTHER flat screen television.
The second bedroom has a small double bed ( 4 foot) with a very comfy EVE mattress. It could possibly accommodate another couple or a couple of children. There is also a single fold up bed if required. for the 5th guest.
The bathroom is newly installed with an L shaped shower bath, loo and washbasin.
The house is in a great location situated close to both bays.
Also Sainsburys park is just around the corner and Peasholm Park is a short walk away.
All in all this is a perfect base for a great family holiday in Scarborough.
This vacation home is located in Scarborough City Centre, a neighborhood in Scarborough, and is near theme parks and by the sea. Scarborough to Whitby Rail Trail and Spa Cliff Lift are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit North Bay Railway and Scarborough Maritime Heritage Centre. Traveling with kids? Consider South Cliff Italian Gardens, or check out an event or a game at Scarborough Cricket Club. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cave exploring and cycling nearby.
