The Space:
KITCHEN
Beatrice Little Duckling has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare meals easily during your stay. You can enjoy your home cooked meals in the dining area which is located in the conservatory.

LIVING AREA
The cosy living area features a comfy sofa, leather tub chair, TV and a desk so whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, you’ll have everything you could need.

BEDROOM
A single bedroom can be found in a newly converted space to the side of the house. This is the perfect place for those looking for additional privacy, just a few steps from the house. This single room comes complete with a kitchenette area and a shower room which includes a walk in shower, WC and basin.

Head upstairs and you’ll find two tranquil bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobes and a TV. Ideal for children or teenagers, the second bedroom has a bunk bed.

GARDEN
Outside you’ll find an enclosed garden with outdoor seating.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is free private parking on the driveway for one vehicle, one space to the front of the property and further on-street spaces on the road of the property.

Beatrice Little Duckling welcomes one well behaved dog per stay.

The Neighborhood:
Beatrice Little Duckling is a short 5 minute drive from James Cook University Hospital. It’s also a short drive from Middlesbrough town centre where you’ll find shops, restaurants and bars.

The property is close to neighbouring towns of Stockton-on-Tees and Darlington. It is also in the perfect location for exploring the North East Coast, including the Yorkshire Moors and Dales.

Getting Around:
Beatrice Little Duckling is easily accessible from the A1 and A19 by car. The nearest airport is Durham Tees Valley Airport which is 13 miles from the accommodation.

Middlesbrough Train Station is a short 5-minute drive from Beatrice Little Duckling. From here, there are regular routes to Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Darlington and Manchester Airport.

Middlesbrough Bus Station is a 10-minute drive from the property. The Arriva X3 bus route travels to Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Marske and Redcar and the X4 travels to Whitby with stops in Hinderwell, Sandsend and Whitby.
