Nestled in the North Yorkshire village of Brotton, just a short 5-minute drive from Saltburn-by-the-Sea, you’ll find Ings Lane. Sleeping up to five guests, the property boasts three bedrooms, a kitchen-diner and a cosy and bright living room making it the perfect retreat for family holidays and getaways with friends on the Yorkshire coast.

The Space:
Designed with style, the living room benefits from wooden flooring, a log burning fireplace, a TV and comfy furnishings making it a great place to relax and socialise with your loved ones after a day exploring the area.

The kitchen-diner is fully equipped and boasts features including an oven and hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer. The dining area has seating for all guests so you can gather together and enjoy meals with your group.

Ings Lane boasts three bedrooms. The master bedroom is home to a double bed, whilst the second is where you’ll find a bunk bed with two singles. Head to the third bedroom and there is a single bed, with the option of an additional single pull-out bed being made up upon request, increasing the occupancy to six. All beds are made up with plush bedding and premium bed linens.

The family bathroom features a bathtub with a large overhead shower, along with a wash basin and WC.

Outside you’ll find an enclosed yard for guest use. An outdoor tap and clothes lineare fitted in this space.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available on the street and throughout Brotton on a first come, first served basis.

The Neighborhood:
Ings Lane is located in North Yorkshire, just a stone’s throw from the Cleveland Way National Trail and the stunning coastline.

The Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea is just 3 miles from the property. Here you’ll find a long stretching beach and a charming town centre with local pubs, restaurants and cafes. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.

Getting Around:
Ings Lane is within 35 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Sandsend, Whitby and Middlesbrough. It is also within walking distance of the Cleveland Way National Trail so you can explore lots of the coastline on foot easily.

You’ll find a couple of bus routes running through Brotton and the closest train station is Saltburn which is a short 5-minute drive by car. There are train routes to Redcar, Middlesbrough, Darlington, York, Leeds and Manchester with connecting trains to Newcastle and London.
