Take a ride on the steam train from Grosmont to the bustling market town of Pickering, gateway to the North York Moors. Or head to the coast on the Esk Valley line from Grosmont to picturesque Whitby, known for its lovely sandy beach, Abbey ruins, St. Mary’s church and, of course, top notch fish and chips.
