The sitting room offers a delightful space to relax and unwind of an evening, with the multi-fuel stove to keep you warm during those chilly winter months, it also includes a small library of history books relating to Richard III and the local area. Curl up on one of the two leather sofas and catch up on your favourite shows, or use the provided Xbox and the selection of games for a fun-filled family game night. Step through to the kitchen, which boasts a lovely breakfast bar for enjoying home-cooked meals. The kitchen has a range of appliances on-hand to cook up a storm for the whole family. Use the conservatory as a quiet space for catching up on some reading, with the country views over Wensleydale as your backdrop. A cloakroom with a basin and WC completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find three well-presented bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single, with a range of furniture to store your personal items. The family bathroom houses an elegant bath and a walk-in shower, so you can choose how best to prepare for your day. The property boasts magnificent views across the surrounding countryside hills, which can be seen from every room of the house, as well as the delightful patio area. Sit outside with a refreshing beverage of an evening and watch the wonderful sunset. Off-road parking is available for three cars and bike storage is available. Middleham is ideally situated for exploring both North Yorkshire and the Yorkshire Dales National Parks, boasting a variety of fabulous tourist attractions. Middleham itself prides itself on the historic Middleham Castle, which was once the home of Richard III. Relive its illustrious history inside, with displays dedicated to its retelling, and fantastic views of Wensleydale. Less than 3 miles away is Inspired Chocolate, a chocolate factory open to the public where you can discover a wide-range of fine handmade Belgian chocolate, truffles and many other treats being prepared right in front of your eyes. With a workshop dedicated to teaching you how to make some of the finest chocolate around. There are two sets of golf clubs and two trollies for guests to borrow if they wish to visit any of the nearby golf courses (Akebar, is about 8 miles away). There is a secure lockable shed for guests to store bicycles if they wish to bring their own. A fun day out for the whole family!
