Sunny Bank is a semi-detached property, resting within the tranquil setting of Babbacombe village. This heart-warming retreat offers a splendid base for a family looking for a quieter seaside holiday. Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into a brightly-decorated sitting room, which takes advantage of the breath-taking sea views over Lyme Bay. After a day down at the sandy beach, you and your loved ones can look forward to sinking into the sofas, which rest in front of the TV, ideal for catching up your favourite TV shows. Covering all the necessities is the amply equipped kitchen, where the designated chef will be delighted to rustle up an evening meal before gathering the family within the dining area, to discuss the day's ahead over a delicious meal. As the evening grows darker, head down to the lower-ground-floor to retire to one of the well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. During the warmer months, enjoy a refreshing beverage within the conservatory area, before heading into the enclosed garden area, where you can take in the wonderful sun views further. If you don't feel like cooking one evening, venture into the centre of Babbacombe, where you will find a good selection of restaurants and pubs, which are certain to entice. To keep you busy, you will find a number of activities within the village to suit all ages and tastes. If you are visiting with younger guests, they will be delighted with the sandy beach and the zoo situated within Torquay. Alternatively, the area houses a number of picturesque gardens and a wonderful Model Village, which is a superb attraction all year round. Sunny Bank offers a fantastic coastal break with your loved ones.
