Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds. . These cottages are set in a beautiful countryside location amongst five acres of a Georgian house estate in the village of Bridgerule. They are only 6 miles from Bude and the popular surfing beach at Widemouth Bay. Perfect for family holidays or for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing break, this collection of cottages, all with individual character including stone walls, old wooden beams and studded doors, offer quality accommodation in an idyllic setting all year round. With a selection of cottages offering a variety of sleeping arrangements there will be a holiday home to suit everyone.

No matter what time of year, you will find a quiet spot to relax amongst the beautiful formal gardens or in contrast, the delightful woodland area. For the more active, a heated outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area and all-weather tennis court are both available free of charge. With a spacious play area for the children and tranquil woodland walks for dog owners, there really is something for everybody here. Evenings can be spent in the old communal courtyard, sat around the firepit or in the cosy cellar bar which opens at times to suit you! For al fresco dining, a designated barbecue and picnic area is situated close to all the cottages, whilst fresh bread, croissants and pain au chocolat can be delivered to your door each day; just put your order in the day before with the charming owners.

Bude has been voted the top UK coastal resort in the British Travel Awards and the stunning world-renowned South West Coast Path is within a short drive. A holiday or short break spent in one of the superb Glebe House Cottages will be one to remember for many years to come.

For larger families or groups you can book Gamekeeper’s Cottage (ref UKC4120) and Poacher’s Cottage (ref UKC4124) together. Both have been converted from the old piggery and can easily be linked together to accommodate up to ten guests.
The Granary (ref UKC4120) has been converted from an old hay barn. It can be booked together with Little Barn (ref UKC4122) next door and can be opened up allowing groups of up to twelve guests.
Beach 8 miles. Shop 1¼ miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
