The property is set close to the town of Leominster, and has its own private lawned garden with sitting-out patio area taking in the views of the surrounding Herefordshire countryside.
Local attractions are plentiful and include the Black and White Village Trail, the local ruins of a motte-and-bailey castle, the historic National Trust Berrington Hall, Croft Castle and Brockhampton Estate. There is plenty to see and do nearby including the popular Gruffalo Trail at Queenswood Country Park which is sure to be a hit with younger visitors. The activity centre at Oaker Wood Leisure and the Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre are both worth a visit. Why not enjoy a walk along the Offa’s Dyke Path on the neighbouring Welsh Borders, try gliding on the Long Mynd in nearby Shropshire or canoeing on the River Wye. Also nearby Ludlow and Hereford both offer an array of bars, shops and restaurants. Shop on-site, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
