This stylish and contemporary cottage is in the small and pretty quiet hamlet of Cusop. A few minutes' walk takes you to the centre of the busy and always interesting little market town of Hay-on-Wye, a great place to stay to be away from the hustle and bustle. With three bedrooms this cottage will suit everyone - a sofa bed downstairs available if the combination of visitors requires it, together with a downstairs shower room.

Sleeps 4 + 2 - 2 King-Size Rooms, 1 Twin (Suitable for Children), 2 bathrooms

The kitchen fitted with a large six hob gas range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and a freezer.

A separate dining room with dining table and chairs and dresser.

The sitting room has two sofas, one of which will convert to a single sofa bed if required. Wood burning stove, TV with freeview and DVD

Downstairs Shower Room: With shower, hand basin and toilet.

Up traditional wooden stairs to three contemporary style bedrooms:

Bedroom 3: A bedroom with 2ft 6 twin beds (suitable for children)

Brecon 15.6 miles

Attractively gated wide wooden steps lead up to the small top garden with a washing line etc. Walk through the garden gate, up the Cusop Dingle, passing the most idyllic waterfall, somewhere children love to explore; follow on to the foothills of The Black Mountains. Enjoy the many miles of uninterrupted wonderful hill walking with the wild mountain ponies and sheep roaming over the hills and the buzzards overhead. There are also glorious drives through The Black Mountains over Hay Bluff, Capel-y-ffin to The Llantony Valley and Abergavenny beyond.

This is a really easy cottage to spend a relaxing holiday in and to make the best of this beautiful area, within easy reach of The Golden Valley, Wye Valley, on the edge of The Brecon Beacons National Park and Herefordshire Border Country. Enjoy the many pubs, restaurants, bistro's and cafes, browse the famous second hand bookshops and explore the various antique shops and boutiques in this quaint little market town.
