Brecon 15.6 miles
Attractively gated wide wooden steps lead up to the small top garden with a washing line etc. Walk through the garden gate, up the Cusop Dingle, passing the most idyllic waterfall, somewhere children love to explore; follow on to the foothills of The Black Mountains. Enjoy the many miles of uninterrupted wonderful hill walking with the wild mountain ponies and sheep roaming over the hills and the buzzards overhead. There are also glorious drives through The Black Mountains over Hay Bluff, Capel-y-ffin to The Llantony Valley and Abergavenny beyond.
This is a really easy cottage to spend a relaxing holiday in and to make the best of this beautiful area, within easy reach of The Golden Valley, Wye Valley, on the edge of The Brecon Beacons National Park and Herefordshire Border Country. Enjoy the many pubs, restaurants, bistro's and cafes, browse the famous second hand bookshops and explore the various antique shops and boutiques in this quaint little market town.
