The ground floor boasts a formal living room and a large dining room, and both are bright, stylish and great for entertaining. There is also a fully equipped kitchen that includes a an Aga and a small breakfast area. To the rear of the ground floor, you will also find a utility/boot room, great for washing down muddy boots and paws after a day out in the Herefordshire countryside. An enclosed landscaped garden also provides some lovely outdoor space to enjoy those long summer days. Why not fire up the barbecue and pour the Pimms for dinner a lfresco. On the first floor, guests can choose from three double bedrooms, and a luxurious bathroom features a roll-top bath.
Beyond your lovely abode is a plethora of wonderful places to visit. On the outskirts of Wilton, within a short drive are Hereford and Gloucester, and about an hour’s drive are Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff and Cheltenham.
When visiting Ross-on-Wye, no trip would be complete without a visit to Symonds Yat, a magical spot on the River Wye. Start at the top of the rock for panoramic views and breathtaking scenery. Stroll down through the woodland to reach the water’s edge to enjoy a yummy pub lunch. If you don’t have your own canoe or kayak, why not hire one and paddle your way down the Wye?
