The large oak beamed sitting room has an impressive stone fire place with a good supply of logs for the wood burning stove, original oak panelled wall, comfy sofas and chairs and TV with Freeview and DVD.
The lovely and very well equipped hand-made oak kitchen, with original flagstone floors has a range cooker with 5 ring gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. This leads onto the utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Downstairs cloakroom with toilet.
The dining room has a wood burning stove and a beautiful wooden table with enough room to seat 6 people comfortably.

The garden was designed by Rich Landscapes, two times Gold winners at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. The sunken seating area and pond are from the 2014 RHS Chelsea Flower Show Garden.
