Nanty Cottage sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with a lovely large back garden.

Situated midway between Brecon and the small market town of Sennybridge, Nanty Cottage is a deceptively spacious mid terrace cottage. Built beside the A40 and originally for workers at the nearby Penpont Estate, it has undergone extensive refurbishment to now offer comfortable family friendly accommodation. Behind the garden runs a brook - a tributary of the River Usk, with fishing available.

The spacious living/dining room has 2 sofas, a dining table with seating for 6, an electric log effect wood burner, flat screen TV with Freesat and DVD player.

The kitchen provides a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, built in electric oven, hob and washing machine.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed and en suite with shower, toilet and handbasin.

Bedroom 2 - Double bed

Family bathroom - bath with shower over, toilet and handbasin

Upstairs to the second floor:

Bedroom 3 - Twin beds

Enclosed rear garden with small patio area with garden furniture.

Brecon town just 7 miles away, offers the usual facilities of a small rural town - pubs, restaurants & shops. The Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal basin is just opposite the Theatre, with a locally owned cinema and a couple of supermarkets nearby.
