Mewslade and Fall Bay These beaches are often deserted and are dog-friendly all year round. Surfing is in the blood of the locals and the rollers are reliable here - as well as at LLangenith and Rhossili. Stop off at PJ's Surf Shop and kit-out your team. If you are in luck PJ, a surf legend in these parts, will provide you with a surf check. Three Cliffs BayThree Cliffs is an iconic beach and Gower's most picturesque. The river valley meanders down to the sea complete with castle, salt marsh and sand dunes and the three cliffs at the tide's edge are enchanting in all seasons. Ramblers, climbers, and beachgoers flock here but the beach is vast and never feels overcrowded even in the height of summer. Gower Coast AdventuresTake an exhilarating boat trip - not to be missed - aboard the rib 'Sea Serpent' and discover the unspoilt beauty of the magnificent Gower. You will almost certainly spot seals, dolphins, porpoise and even sunfish on a memorable two hour trip. The Gower Way and King Arthur's StoneStep just outside the red gate of Briar Rose to follow the ancient byway to Cefn Bryn and King Arthur's Stone, a Neolithic burial chamber that stands mysteriously at the top. Legend says it was formed from a stone thrown out of King Arthur's Shoe.
