The Old School House is in the centre of the South Hams village of Loddiswell, near Kingsbridge and enjoys views over the surrounding countryside. The spacious Grade 11 listed,18C house retains its original features and character and is close to beaches and the Salcombe estuary. There are some beautiful walks from the house, along the river Avon, or the former rail track which runs north from the village. Loddiswell has a good stocked local shop just a stone’s throw away and the village pub, the ‘Loddiswell Inn’ is a short walk.
