Most desirable location in residential cul-de-sac and just a short walk from the central village amenities including character pubs, restaurants, stores etc. and the magnificent surfing beach and National Trust coastal walks of Croyde Bay. Saunton's renowned championship golf course and all town amenities of Ilfracombe, Barnstaple and the large village of Braunton are also easily accessible. Horseriding and an indoor leisure pool are also available locally.
Accommodation is comfortably furnished and well equipped throughout, including double glazing, night storage and electric panel heating. Three bedrooms - double bedded with en-suite shower room/wc and handbasin, twin bedded and full size bunk bedded room. Bathroom/wc with handbasin and shower over bath. Ground floor wc with handbasin. Good sized living room with woodburner (logs available locally), TV, DVD, and patio doors to the garden. Ground floor snug room with pull-out foam double sofa bed and TV. Fully fitted kitchen/diner with oak units and large dining table, elec cooker with extractor, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room off with washing machine, second sink unit and freezer. Entrance porch and hallway with storage cupboard. Fully enclosed rear patio garden with raised beds, garden furniture and barbecue. Open plan raised small front garden with shingle and stone wall - toddlers may need supervision in this area. Garage for small car with further hardstanding and driveway parking.
