Being in an elevated location, just a few minutes downhill stroll will bring you to Combe Martin's popular beach and village centre, with a good selection of shops, cafes and pubs to suit all tastes. Attractively arranged over three floors the main entrance is at ground level where there is a cloakroom and access to the garage for useful storage. Stairs lead to the first floor and contemporary open living room with cosy gas woodburning effect stove for cooler evenings and French doors opening to a Juliet balcony with views of the sea. The attractive well equipped kitchen has a dining area with patio doors opening onto a rear decked courtyard with garden furniture, ideal for al fresco meals or just relaxing after a busy day exploring this lovely area. On the second floor a double bedroom features sea views and an en suite shower room. A second double room together with two further bedrooms suitable for children are served by a separate bathroom. A perfect family base close to Exmoor National Park, Ilfracombe and the wonderful sandy beaches of Woolacombe. Combe Martin has a great appeal to all ages. Keen walkers will find plenty of stunning countryside and coastal routes to explore and children will love the beach, rock pools and nearby Dinosaur and Wildlife Park.

Bedroom 2 with Double. Bedroom 3 with Bunks. Bedroom 4 with bunks. Bathroom with fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
