Delightful scenery all around including waterfall, limekiln, rockpools and wooded hillsides. Less than 5 miles from the Post Office stores, character village inn serving excellent meals at Parracombe and all the amenities of Lynton & Lynmouth. In superb walking, fishing and riding country yet within a scenic 40 minute drive of Barnstaple and choice of wide, sandy surfing beaches. Originally two adjoining dwellings for limekiln workers, the cottage has now been in the same family's ownership and used by the family and for holiday letting for a good many years.

Separate dining room with dining table, oak furnishings, low ceiling and woodburner in brick fireplace. Fully fitted kitchen with elec fan oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Good sized, mature gardens surround the cottage including a small lawn, stone patios, attractive borders and garden furniture. Wooded hillsides to the side and rear provide a delightful environment often featuring bluebells and magnificent rhododendrons. Ample parking for up to three cars.
