Friendly owner welcomes guests and children to observe milking and help with harvesting, calves etc. Village pub just a mile distant, with golf, swimming, Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal and access to the Tarka Trail at the historic Cavalier town of Torrington within a ten minute drive. There is a choice of sandy beaches, rocky coves and spectacular clifftop walks along the nearby Bideford Bay coastline all within 20 minutes scenic drive. An economical base from which to explore the coast and countryside in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Owner resides in adjoining smaller wing.
Accommodation is spacious, with generally modest yet comfortable furnishings and includes double glazing and night storage heaters.
