Peacefully situated in this small, picturesque hamlet amidst delightful rolling countryside, yet within 1/2 mile scenic walk of the renowned and beautiful open gardens and tea room at Marwood. The pubs, shops, restaurants and entertainment of Barnstaple, including go-karting, ten-pin bowling and cinema, and the village inns, eateries and Nature Reserve at Braunton are all within a 10 minute drive. Footpaths and bridleways abound in the immediate area, taking advantage of some spectacular scenery, whilst the wide sandy beach at Saunton Sands is less than 10 miles, via quiet country lanes.
The barn has been sympathetically converted retaining many original features including beams and latched doors.
