This delightful detached ground floor lodge is situated on White Cross Bay holiday park, which is set on the shores of Lake Windermere, close to the small village of Troutbeck Bridge within the stunning Lake District National Park. This lovely lodge is a great base for families with a number of facilities on-site, such as a swimming pool and gym, along with plenty of places to visit within reach. Upon arrival at your log cabin at White Cross Bay you will see a large, raised decked area with furniture and gas barbecue and then it's into the light and airy open plan living area. The living area is modern in style with a well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and a dining area, along with a TV and the property has WiFi. There are three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers, with the master king-size double boasting an en-suite shower room, with the other two bedrooms being a twin and a bunk room. Completing the accommodation is a family bathroom. Via two sets of patio doors you will be able to reach the decked area, so why not open the doors and let the outside in. The decked area is the perfect place to enjoy a drink in the sunshine, perhaps after a day enjoying the facilities on-site. If you can tear yourself aware from White Cross Bay, you will be able to take a ride on the lake cruises across Lake Windermere that can take you from Bowness to Ambleside and then onto Lakeside, where you will find the Aquarium of the Lakes. There are a number of other family attractions in the area, such as the National Trust owned Hill Top, once the home of Beatrix Potter, and of course being in the middle of a National Park walks and cycle routes are in abundance.
